Possible causes for Password not accepted
1. If you are coming for first time, your employee code will be your password and you will be asked to change it after login.
2. Please check if CAPS lock is on.
3. Use 'Forget Password' link for password recovery. Check the email id where the email is sent, in case its not correct, please send an email to your HR SPOC.


Other Possible Blockers
1. Please check if pop-up is blocked in case you are not able to view salary slip or reimbursement slips.
2. Adobe PDF Reader is installed.
3. if Certificate trust message comes, please use the continue option.
4. If you are ex employee, you can access this for six months and your date of birth will be your password
